This policy applies to all mobile applications developed by Neil Schreiber (the "Apps").
1. Data We May Collect
A. Information You Provide Voluntarily
Our Apps do not require account creation. However, some Apps may allow you to voluntarily enter your name and email address (for example, for scorecard sharing or support). This data is stored on our secure servers and is used only for the purpose for which it was provided.
B. Location Data (GPS)
Specific Apps in our portfolio (such as EZRanage) require access to your device's Precise Location Data to provide core functionality (e.g., GPS distances).
If an App does not feature GPS mapping, location data is not accessed or collected.
For GPS-enabled Apps, location data is only used while the app is in use unless background permission is explicitly granted.
2. How We Use Data
We use the collected information to:
Provide app functionality (score tracking, GPS mapping).
Respond to user-initiated support requests.
Improve App performance and fix bugs.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may use anonymized diagnostics (like Google Firebase or Apple Telemetry) to track crashes and app stability.
4. Data Deletion & User Rights
Since we do not use accounts, you can delete your data by clearing the App's cache/storage or uninstalling the App. To request deletion of any email correspondence, contact us at the address below.
